Hi everyone,
We are three girls and our names are Nancy, Natalie,
Vivialena!!! We are fifteen years old and we live in
Greece!!!
Our daily schedule is like every other student's in Athens. So, we get
up at 7:30, we take a shower, we dress up and
we eat breakfast. After that we walk to school
about 10 minutes. When we arrive at school we meet our friends and
we chat until the bell rings and the morning gathering for the prayer begins.
When the prayer finishes, we get into the classrooms and we start the lesson. Usually the first hour we've got Ancient Greek which is a language the ancient Greeks spoke. The second hour includes History, the third hour is Maths. At the fourth hour we've got sports and at the sixth hour Chemistry. The last hour is English. Of course in each lesson we’ve got a break for 10 minutes. After school we go home and have lunch. When we finish lunch, we do our homework and then we have more obligations some extra lessons so we become more educated, these include English lessons, Maths, Physics, etc and after that we go home to relax and watch TV or to get to the internet and have dinner. At 23:00 pm we go to bed. This is a usual day that every student has here in Athens!!!!!!!!! There are some exceptions because some students haven’t got such a full program.
Sometimes though at least once a month like last Tuesday we have some activities outside, going to the cinema, theater, galleries and so on. We are soon going to publish some work for what we've done last Tuesday.
But we usually have a heavy program and lots of obligations. Greek society invests too much to cultivating the mind of a person, educating a person. We we believe is the best investment.
We are going slowly to expand our descriptions in detail and include everyting we do. Some students do sports at school like footbal and basket and take place in National Competitions but they are not here today.
We would like to hear about your school day when you start school when you finish, how you spend your time, what you enjoy most.
