My name is Chris and I am a member of a Greek weightlifting team in Athens. Weightlifting is a sport in which participants attempt a maximum weight single lift of a barbell loaded with weight plates. Weightlifting requires a combination of power (strength and speed), technique, flexibility and consistency. A weightlifter's strength comes primarily from the legs, and secondarily the back, anterior core, and shoulders. I train almost every day for two or three hours with my friends! Firstly we warm up and we run for 5 min! After the warm up, we count our weight and we start our training from the same weights we lifted the previous time we had training! After the training we have a quick bath and then we leave! But it is not over, because we have to watch what we eat…
